Happy Groundhog’s Day Lovelies! Although this isn’t a huge holiday as far as holidays go, it is still a reason to celebrate and that is exactly what we are doing today with a round up of groundhog cookies! You wouldn’t believe how adorable groundhog cookies can be and all of the different ways to do them. There is just something about their cute little noses and teeth that make them so cute. We love the cookies that have the groundhogs coming our of their little knoll which can literally be made out of anything from sprinkles to rice crispies to whipped cream.
