You can’t have a complete Thanksgiving without pie and today we have a lovely idea that will works wonderfully with Thanksgiving AND weddings for our wedding weekend post today! What other could it be but pie pops. This new dessert idea has been making its appearance more and more on dessert bars in weddings and we think it is a fabulous idea for Thanksgiving too.Let’s be honest, who doesn’t like pie?! Little bite sized pies are perfect portions for after you have had a big meal. Since they are so mini, you can have all of your favorites at once without feeling bad that you have 5 different slices of pie of your plate, let alone room in your tummy to finish all of those slices! With mini pie pops though you definitely can savor your favorite flavors in 1 or 2 bites without getting stuffed. Perfect right?! Let’s not forget to mention that pie pops are super cute too! You can make or buy them in all different shapes and patterns and some are even covered in chocolate. Sounds like heaven right? They are definitely heavenly and we can’t wait to show you our favorite pops.
